Returned Merchandise

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective please note the following policy:

  1.     Return requests must be approved and processed within 30 days of the original invoice.
  2.     All returns will be subject to a restocking fee.
  3.     All returns will be subject to a restocking fee
  4.     All approved returns must include the RMA number provided by us and be in sellable condition and in original container or they will be returned to the customer and denied refund.
  5.     If the return was our mistake we will pay the return freight, otherwise freight is the customer´s responsibility.
  6.     Non-stocks, discontinued, and special order items will not be available for returns.
